I was delighted with my experience. Through it, I learned a lot about myself; about my strengths and things to improve in regards to my management skills and especially on how the different teams behaved throughout the activity. Similar to the reality of a company, it's like a big chess game that we can all play at the same time; each action of a team affects the outcome of the others. So I am convinced that this tool can be very useful for any organization seeking to understand itself and to improve.

It's in a class of its own, where real decisions are made, because the competitors are managers like us. It's intense and exciting; in fact, it's an experience and a training in itself!

This letter is to express the very high satisfaction of all the managers who participated in the activity. Managers were able to understand the importance of the role of each individual in the management of a company. The complexity of the interrelationships and interdependence of the decisions that must be taken in the proper management of a company were highlighted during this exercise.

It promotes the integration of the knowledge acquired in each of the key management functions of a small and medium-sized business.
